DAY 2: What is Regeneration?

Morning Session

Date and Time: Mon 29 September 2025, 10am-12pm

Venue: CMMU

Hosts: CMMU, SMAC

As the keystone of the LOKAL Re:Generative Week, Day 2 explores the concept of regeneration and the regenerative mindset as a catalyst for systems transformation. Participants will journey through theory and empirical research to understand how regenerative thinking shows up in real-world practice - from tourism and community development to systems-based decision-making. Hosted by CMMU, with contributions from SMAC Network, this morning offers the space to question, reflect, connect, and activate a new perspective that focuses on restoration, renewal, and regeneration.
