Morning Session

Venue: 1899

Hosts: anewkind Studio

The Regenerative Strategy Lab: Redesigning Leadership for a Living World invites participants to transform challenges into solutions aligned with living systems - regenerating teams, organizations, and the wider systems they depend on. It looks beyond traditional sustainability into strategies that drive innovation, strengthen stakeholder ecosystems, and nurture ecologies of care. Using interactive simulations and peer collaboration, participants will operationalize five regenerative principles: Root in Place, Symbiotic Partnerships, Orchestrating Diversity, Abundance Thinking, and Edge Effect Innovation. Leaders leave with both personal transformation and practical implementation tools to create regenerative cultures within their organizations.

Laura Francois – Participatory research and systems change strategist, founder of The Spaceship, and designer of impact curricula adopted by DBS Bank and University of Victoria.
