A very special collaboration between Arcadia Fine Foods, Chef Mariana Villalobos Torres of La Cocina and the Embassy of Mexico in Thailand, in May, we'll be taking you to the famed Mexican food capital of OAXACA!
In 'Journey to the Mexican South: OAXACA!', we'll be learning to make:
Enfrijolada - Corn tortilla dipped in a silky smooth black bean sauce, topped with fresh cheese
Cecina Enchilada - Tacos filled with Adobo-marinated pork with guacachile, coriander and grilled onions
Nieve de Leche Quemada - Mexican-style burnt milk ice cream
We will also have the great pleasure and honour to welcome H.E. the Ambassador of Mexico to Thailand, Bernardo Cordova Tello, to share a few introductory words on the richness and diversity of Mexican gastronomy.
We are also delighted to have with us Cynthia Moreno Méndez, Development Cooperation, Cultural, Tourism and Community Affairs, Embassy of Mexico, to participate in our exclusive interview on Oaxaca cuisine and culture!
